Hampton Roads,VA March 11th 1974 . The " Blue Flower " jumpsuit was designed and mostly worn by Elvis in 1973. This jumpsuit has also a " Light Blue " version. During the March 1974 tour Elvis wore many suits from 1973 such as the Sunlight, Blue Target, White Way Down, Aloha Eagle and Memphis suit.
