Rest in Peace. Watching Young Frankenstein as a tribute to her tonight.

A fantastic actress. My favourite role she played was as a US national, then turned Canadian who is actually a Soviet mole in the 1987 BBC TV movie "Pack of lies". Great scenes here.

* Ellen B's character has allowed MI5 to use her bedroom as a listening and viewing post to catch the top soviet mole in the UK, one who regularly visits Teri's character' s home just across the street. Teri vs Ellen, what a pair of actresses. A movie based on a 1961 play, based on a TRUE event which is in fact a movie that is not to be missed.

PS She never said but nice things about Elvis. RIP.

Teri Garr was talented and special. There are some people who seem timeless, and she was one of them.

She'd been dealing with MS for several years now, a tough thing to fight, and not usually surmountable. So sad.

Yeah, her career began at 18, including a lot of dancing in Elvis films. Here's a little bit of Teri for y'all to enjoy.

June 1962 - North Hollywood High Senior

I was sad to hear about Teri's passing even though I knew she'd been battling MS for many years. I always enjoyed her appearances on David Letterman's show... they had a great rapport... she had a very dry sense of humor and she worked well with Dave.
Teri's in one of my favorite movies alongside Gene Wilder, Peter Boyle and Marty Feldman...

The "Seda-give" sequence is probably my favorite moment in my favorite Mel Brooks film.

Wilder, Garr and Feldman are fantastic here.

Sad news, indeed. Teri had quite a career. She was very talented and greatly admired.

She was great in 'Close encounters of the third kind' and my favorite movie of hers: Tootsie.

RIP.
