That front cover is the same as the poster I bought the summer of 1976 during our visit to Memphis. It hung on the wall of my bedroom for many years... (note the Elvis Presley - Las Vegas at the bottom) .
Well I have the same framed poster I bought for A$40 in 1988
The LP release is new and unknown to me.
I had this poster until recently but sold it as I have much better ones in my collection.
I would have kept it if the picture quality was better but it was very unsharp&blurry on a short
watching distance and I have a small apartment
I would definately buy it again if it was ever issued as a poster in better quality as I love that Aloha picture.
Released in 1979 this 18 track Australian/New Zealand release contains nine songs from 'Blue Hawaii', four from 'Paradise Hawaiian Style' with the remaining five songs taken from 'Girl Happy', 'Follow That Dream', 'Flaming Star' and 'Clambake'.
An oddity that I was wondering does anyone have memories of or in their collection.

Thanks for this post Andy. Let me ask, was this ever released in the USA? For some reason I don't remember ever seeing this one?

No, it was only released in Australia/New Zealand territory.

Living is easy with eyes closed...misunderstanding all you see...
The concept is certainly appealing. Does anyone have high quality scans of this album that you could share with us to create a homemade version, please?

Back sleeve states that 'Aloha From Hawaii via satellite reached an audience of millions....'
So...back in 1979 they were a lot more accurate than in the years after...(the billion claim)
