Did I upload or gave it the title and added HD ??? Obviously Not. I have not seen the footage before so i'll take your word for it
Now i thought i explained it all once before, so i'll say it again. If you know of a better source available online then please add it here so that we all can view and enjoy.
Around here, particularly with this thread, i search and post left, right and centre and will continue.

Now, footage collector recent uploaded but the audio was average. Must be original one, though!

Re: Last Elvis Youtube Clip You Watched?
good work David.
To me 'Cross my Heart, Hope to Die" is like a second-rate "Stuck on You". I like the song, however.

Man, I love those 1973 home recordings. Pretty incredible how much he sounds like that 19 year old kid who, nearly 20 years prior, changed the world. Thank you for that.

good work by David. Three above-average mid sixties movies tracks.

Re: Last Elvis Youtube Clip You Watched?
good one here by ED who says he's found a sealed copy on THE HOLY GRAIL (...my words)
Incidentally, those of you who hold a copy from way-back-when, i have a question: Would you purchase another copy either vinyl, cassette or CD, if the opportunity presented itself for you (relative bargain deal) ? Perish the thought, my friends because we'll never see a box set like this again

A little taste of what it would've looked like had the Memphis Concert from 3 months earlier been professionally recorded on videotape or 35mm film.

Re: Last Elvis Youtube Clip You Watched?
After watching this, I payed special attention to Never Been To Spain and You Gave Me a Mountain from the February 15 Dinner Show. Now I haven't bought the box set, but in this clip however, they both sound identical to the 15/2 M/S versions from the 'American Trilogy' FTD when you listen to the drum fills and Elvis' phrasing during the songs. I ask those who have the Live In Person 1972 box if the above versions are the same or different from the above clip? If they're the same, then that's a deal breaker for me.

Re: Last Elvis Youtube Clip You Watched?
found the documentary ELVIS - THE DAY THE MUSIC DIED, ELVIS IS GONE...
any of you seen or heard of it before? I know i haven't.
isn't that a phrase that's long (for decades) been applied to Buddy Holly and/or Buddy, Ritchie Valens and Big Bopper ?
I don't recall ever hearing/reading "the Day the Music Died" applied to Elvis Presley, have any of you?

Re: Last Elvis Youtube Clip You Watched?
hey, wouldn't it be cool if the filmscores-background music were available because Charro has one of the best of all the Presley 31 flicks. Other ones i'm keen on are "Live a Little Love a Little" and "King Creole"...

15 other films at that link too, loaded with commercials. Two 30 second breaks in the first 5 mins of Charro. My guess is the HD is 720 not full 1080p.Walter Hale 4 wrote:Charro (1968) available in HD over on dailymotion

Charro and Live a Little, Love a Little were not good films, in my opinion. King Creole was far better.
