Wonderful post!

Sammy was a classy guy and I'm sure Elvis enjoyed his work.


It's 800 miles from my house to Graceland, but I'm always up for making the trip!

I completely forgot that Chaplin and Groucho also both died in 1977.

Wonderful tribute that year...

You can't say enough good things about Sammy Davis Jr. He was such a special individual with unbelievable talent. I've always loved that quote about Elvis and the fact that Sammy was always respectful to his memory. What a class act...
