R.I.P Mitzi Gaynor, she was 93. She sang, danced and acted alongside most of the greatest.
Especially loved her performance in the 50's movie, The Joker is Wild.

South Pacific is a favorite of man.
She retired from film in 1963. Went on to a prolific television and nightclub career.

From Wikipedia- “During her nightclub years, Gaynor developed and rehearsed her routines at The Cave, a club in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She became fond of the city and frequently made guest appearances on local television for interviews. "Mitzi's back in town" became an annual slogan when Gaynor would come to the city for a number of weeks each year to develop her Las Vegas routines.”

I’m from Vancouver and remember my Dad telling me about going to see her at “The Cave” all those decades ago.
