An alternate cover for the ''There Goes My Everything'' release featuring one of Elvis his best shows which sadly has not been released on soundboard if it even exists

He sure was proud of that 2001 opening. Too bad the sound of this is not as good as your cover. Can you imagine having this show as a multitrack recording?
The cover photo is from August, isn't it?

Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.
You're a beautiful audience.

Well done Johnny. I hope FTD come back to this season soon, because the two recent Vegas releases from FTD have made me more interested in the shows due to the major audio upgrade.

I doubt that we'll get an unreleased show, but the opening show can be fixed, no? The damage appears to be that the tape is running backwards.Johnny2523 on Wed Aug 07, 2019 2:44 pm wrote:I wouldnt mind a release if they have a unreleased show to go along with it.Elvis2000 on Wed Aug 07, 2019 3:39 pm wrote:Well done Johnny. Yes, that's possible. If they still have it today, that is of course. Maybe as a two-fer FTD with Disc 2 being the show Johnny spoke about (if they have it) and bonus tracks from The Impossible Dream FTD.Elvis2000 on Wed Aug 07, 2019 3:58 pm wrote:I doubt that we'll get an unreleased show, but the opening show can be fixed, no? Call it "Cisko Kid Special" and you'll have the best FTD release of 2019.

Ernst probobly keeps all the tapes, even if it has issues.name89081@gmail.com on Wed Aug 07, 2019 6:41 pm wrote: Yes, that's possible. If they still have it today, that is of course. A two-fer with the January 27 DS seems a little more possible, because RCA would pick a selection of days to record when they were at Vegas or Tahoe and they were usually all within a week, picking a random date after they record is strange, also it's too long so it would be incomplete and we'd miss the good stuff. If this didn't happen then they either recorded a majority of the season or nothing at all. If I was an engineer (hopefully I will be in 5 years or so) that's how I would work if I was asked to record a series of shows.
Besides, the Jan 27 DS is totally unreleased, so we would be getting one new show and half a show that is unreleased.
