Living From Day To Day - August 1974 - FTD Mock-up
So i finished another cover, if FTD decided to ever revisit this season these would be nice choices for the rare one-time performances of ''Sweet Caroline'' and ''My Boy'' during this season, i realize we had ''Help Me'' ''My Boy'' and ''How Great Thou Art'' already on the Las Vegas '74 FTD, but the sound quality was pretty great, and i think that show deserves a full outting on soundboard as the CD-R of the audience recording isn't that great and the show appears to be pretty good.

Thank you Johnny, looks like a nice mock up, I'd love these two shows in a set. But I'd prefer the September 1 MS in full, we haven't had new releases of shows late in the season that come from soundboard recordings.

I would too, but when i asked Ernst about that show, he said he wouldn't as he don't think that show is good at all.

I wonder what his reasoning might be. Because I honestly believe it's one of the better shows from the second half of the season, Elvis is in a good mood, maybe too good a mood, but it's still a very solid and entertaining show.Johnny2523 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 1:29 amI would too, but when i asked Ernst about that show, he said he wouldn't as he don't think that show is good at all.

Nice design, Johnny. I don't quite get Ernst's reasoning -- FTD have released much poorer shows.

Great Mock Up Johnny 2523. You are truly gifted. Looks fantastic..
FTD should be knocking on your door for artwork.

I have to correct myself here.. Ernst actually said
this was back in 2015If you have heard the audience recording you will know that this is an unpleasant show, and I don't want to release it officially.

Could it possibly be the comments throught the show? If so, editing it out wouldn't be an issue. Besides we've heard much worse that had been released unoffcially.

well granted Elvis does do his ''newspapers are trash'' dialogue through the start of fever, but outside of that i don't think there's any bad comments involved at all, and Elvis sounds very inspired through most of the showElvis2000 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 2:52 amJohnny2523 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 2:47 amI have to correct myself here..
