You did it again! I knew you'll find the first part of this excelent article. Very pro - of course, Judy was his friend, and we finally learn her nickname, Sugar.
One new photo from Sept 26, Tupelo afternoon, and 4 totally GREAT photos of fan Judy Hopper before she was up on stage with Elvis.

Most of Judy's stories here are simply PR, but it's curious to see how Elvis was very insecure performing at the New Frontier. So much so that he needed her ringside for both his early and late shows each night.
Note her support continued beyond Las Vegas. Judy would also be front and center two months later in Los Angeles for Elvis' June 5 appearance on the Milton Berle program. She even appears on camera during "Hound Dog," clapping enthusiastically.

Here are a couple of April 1956 shots at the New Frontier I've not seen before:
