There are obviously a ton of great, unpublished photos from this show. Too bad there's no film or video.

Presley doesn´t wriggle any more

And yet, he seems more exciting than most other rock/pop stars until the 1969 Elvis Presley.

Your reply is confusing. The British Invasion was led by the Beatles, but involved many groups:

Your Beatles opinion is corner-case to be sure, as they made their name on their stage act first, but beyond that it is almost universally acknowledged that subsequent UK groups like the Who, Kinks, Animals, Them and Rolling Stones, to name just five, were hugely influential.

Just because Elvis took a powder in the mid-sixties doesn't mean popular music stood still. ;-)
