On March 29, 1957 Elvis performed at the Kiel Auditorium in St. Louis.

He sang:
Heartbreak Hotel
Rip It Up
Paralyzed
All Shook Up
Hound Dog

According to http://www.keithflynn.com/essential_lists/interviews-1950s.html Elvis had a press-conference that day, but this is unreleased.

That day however, Elvis had also an interview with "Uncle Buck" (Ron Lipe) for KSHE Radio:

The interview was Aired somewhat later, but was indeed recorded on March 29, 1957 when Elvis arrived at the Kiel Auditorium in St. Louis.

Found on: http://www.stlbook.com/pages/1960s/10_15.html

As you can see, the interview lasts 3'34. Enjoy!
Always appreciate your posts, but this interview, actually done for WIBV Radio in St. Louis, is not NEW.

Unbelievable that the interview still is nowhere else to be found, so it seems. All credits to you than, Doc. I didn't know that when I found that site this morning, while looking for rare pictures. And out of the responses it seems that no one else was aware. I will change my OP, honor to whom honor!

No need, it was just an FYI. I'm more interested in making sure the correct radio station is noted. ;-)

Your energy and enthusiasm are to be envied on this forum, and I appreciate your effort.

O yes, I wouldn't sleep if I didn't.

The OP is corrected, and the correct station is noted.

Thanks!

Well, it also might have been E-Cat in 2003:

It really doesn't matter who you mention. It's the massage that counts, not the messenger...

Shame it's nearly all the DJ talking and Elvis can hardly get a word in edge ways. Nice find though.
