JamesVRoy has a >9 minutes video on Elvis in Toronto on YouTube, it's fantastic! I guess everyone interested has seen it by now. Unfortunately it doesn't have sound. I guess a person cut the "setting the stage" parts out of this video and made one with Elvis on stage and added sound to it (Radio Programme, including interviews and snippets of a Canadian concert). It's nicely done:
