Nice collection. Although I did not see for me new scenes.
By the way..the footage of elvis and liberace and his brother playing guitar is also on the elvis 56 dvd.
Somewhere I have al little snippet of elvis signing autographs in the audience on george kleins back.....just 5 seconds.

Some stuff is well-known, some contains only snippets of "new" footage and some is without markers or labels burned in the screen. Don't know how much is "unseen". There's also army footage in this list:

That's the longest, most complete version of the Tupelo 1957 footage that I've seen, in the 'Jailhouse Rock promo' item.

The on-stage shots have seemingly been used many dozens of times in various Elvis videotapes/DVDs over the years and in vastly differing qualities, some very dark. It has also been matched quite expertly with sound, a number of times - and using different songs, too !

That sort of 'duck walk' he does at the end is fabulous.

Here are a couple of nice shots from his attendance at Liberace's Riviera Hotel engagement, both apparently from 11-14-1957 (Thu):

Just for fun, I was curious about the other names on the marquee that night. Two were part of Liberace's show, the third was in the Starlight Lounge.

What I found was that Jean Fenn was a 28 year-old soprano who sang with the Metropolitan Opera, who I'm sure Elvis loved. She's still with us, at the age of 87!

King's IV was a vocal quartet, who released a handful of singles in the mid-to-late 1950s. None are on YouTube. Their latest release for MGM Records was "Now! Baby, Now!" which was used in the MGM romantic comedy, "The Opposite Sex," starring June Allyson. This must have been the group's big moment, but they didn't catch fire. A tiny snippet of the song is seen in the preview. And check out the "fake" Elvis in the film, as played by Jeff Richards!
