I don't think it could be moments or seconds away from the FEPBMT cover picture because he's got a blue scarf instead a white one. Obviously same concert though.

I think the "Blue" was blocked out to "white" if you look at the album cover, if I'm not mistaken.? It doesn't look like a real white scarf.

That could be, but even the un-retouched photo has a white scarf and the scarves' shapes and how they are hanging are a bit different from each other. So I still don't think it's from just a second or 2 from the FEPBMT cover photo but at a different point in the same show, from the same angle and Elvis in about the same spot.
