Possibly.
I'm unsure about the belt. On the 10th he wore the red belt, as near as can be it was as red as the scarf.
He had a darker (brown) macrame belt as well and this belt in the photo seems to be more like the darker (brown) belt than the red one.
Maybe September 12th or 13th?
