I'm stumped on a film i saw just once either in 1987 or 1988 but cannot remember the title and I hope you can help.
This starred Donna MILLS of Knots Landing fame, and she played the part of a lonely middle aged wife who fantasies about men and has a few one night stands with them. Recall the film had an steamy sex shower scene that opens the movie along with a 1950s Platters style tune.

thanks. The title does fit some of the storyline and i have considered this already on IMDB, but that was made in 1986. In those days here in australia we had four tv broadcast channels and as a rule they would not screen any films if it was a year old (the Donna Mills movie i am positive i saw 1987/1988). Usually it took 5 years after a movie was made before it got aired here.

found this 11 minute vid over on YT. Interesting to see her co-star was James Brolin.

BTW i reckon you guys are correct about the title. We in australia, way back when, we got to see films 5 years after they were made on our television , but that was usually with the major films of the day. The Intimate Encounters film looks like it was a low scale made-for-tv production, therefor those were the exception to the broadcasting rules out here.

Now if only i can find the opening to the film as that would help me identify it better than the 11 minute video posted before.

I'm happy to say that the Movie Intimate Encounters is now available on youtube. I just added it on the old movies appreciation topic.
