Most of us here have something to do with Elvis in their avatar. I'm curious - what led you to pick your avatar? Was it a random choice, or did it have special significance for you?
For me, the avatar I chose was the first picture I remember seeing of Elvis, before I became a fan. When I was younger, my dad and I would often eat at Denny's Diner in Dana Point, California. This picture was framed on the wall, beside sheet music of "Any Way You Want Me." I remember staring at it as we were waiting for a table. To this day, it's one of my very favorite pictures of Elvis.

Re: Your Avatar
For me, it is themed related, based carefully selected pictures on popular records, albums films, books from the year 1972. Last year was 1971. I change them around usually about 6 days.

Re: Your Avatar
I may have mentioned a time or two that I like the Garden shows.

The United States of America have had
forty-six Presidents, but only ONE King!
Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.
You're a beautiful audience.

Re: Your Avatar
I just want FTD to release the Kansas City 76 show if they have it
Plus it's a pretty nice 'in action' shot

Great story.
Have no idea why I chose mine.

Re: Your Avatar
I'm a long-suffering Everton fan (there's no other way). My avatar is of our recent assistant and caretaker manager Duncan Ferguson.
He played for us across two spells, communicates with the fans and genuinely loves the club. He wasn't the best footballer but his passion for Everton has made him a true hero of the terraces.
With the appointment of a new manager imminent, he might go elsewhere to coach but he'll be back.
And we love him.

conquors the garden.
and those vegas shows from jan/feb...and aug/sep are awesome.
total historic bad-assery.
