Don't know who the person next to him is, but the pic was taken at Ed Parker's school in California. Most likely it was taken in January 1973. Great job, Matt. That picture is from June 23, 1974, as Elvis is leaving the hotel to go to the Spectrum for his afternoon show in Philly.
What a show!!! So was the evening performance!!
