The Appellate order is here:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/documents/4c6f2b04-4bac-4d61-91e2-49c96f54696b.pdf?itid=lk_inline_manual_4
Makes very interesting reading, and pretty well demolishes any need for review, in my humble opinion. On the last few pages is, I think, the explanation of why Jack Smith did not charge Trump with sedition.
Now I understand what took the Appellate Court so long: Their order contains more citations than I've ever seen in a single document!
Also, as usual, Trump's lawyers came out looking like amateurs.
Whew!
Doc: We posted almost simultaneously, but, all due respect, I will leave my post up. Good news is worthy of duplication, I think.

On my part: no, I don't think Biden has anything to do with the current instability of the world. It's not Biden's fault if Russia invades Ukraine, it is neither regarding the crisis in the middle east. And as a European I'm grateful those ultra sensitive situations are not handled by Trump to say the least.
If you link the president of the USA to anything that happen in the world while in charge, I mean, that's not the point at all. It would equals, let's say, during 9/11 Jacques Chirac was President of France. Following your reasoning, I should think that because Jacques Chirac was the President, 9/11 happened, and therefore the conclusion is that Chirac was a bad president? It's a nonsense to me.

Punctuation-challenged British expert on the greatness of Boris Johnson and Brexit, and resident forum troll, has some empty rhetoric to share, hoping rancor will result.
May his latest stay be short.

arnaudbxl, don't . . .
Robert Hur . . . at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.

Not sure? Can't remember? Neither can he.
Memories pressed between the pages of my mind,
memories sweetened through the ages just like wine...
After reading the Special Counsel's report he needs to
just step away. I wish him good health, but for America's
sake, bow out joe.
