I cannot believe that I just ordered this set. I didn't need it. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the set that I already have. Well, sure, there's more material on this 5-CD set than there is the 2-CD set. However, do I really need every single outtake? I sat here this morning and had one hell of a fight with myself before I actually clicked on the order button. I mean, it literally came to blows, hair pulling, biting, kicking and a lot of name calling. I'm a little sore, but by God I won because the set is ordered.

I Wonder.. why don't they just announce the set as coming out 1 month later than they expect. They are always at least 1 month too late and that way they are on time...

Why don't they announce it when it's packed and ready to ship?

Graceland has moved the ship date from July 31 to August 9 so it may be out somewhere in the next week or so.

Yes.

But none of my vendors have communicated a possible delay until now. I still expect the set to become available in Europe some time next week, with the US and the rest of the world to follow soon after.

I thought about that, but maybe then people don't have enough time to get hyped about it and pre-order it, which leads to FTD selling less.

I look forward to this release. It will be a great addition to my other session releases. I like most of the songs on it.

Yesterday, Germany's Lothar Koehler issued a brief statement on his website regarding FTD's newest release: "Due to the company Impulse in Denmark being on vacation, the shipment is postponed for another week !!!!"

It's the only piece of information that I could find. And July's almost over.

I doubt there is one. First week of August would be a good guess. With FTD, the best release date you can have is when it drops through your letterbox.

According to a Facebook from the Danish Memphis Mansion webshop the CD and book have been delivered. So they should arrive with other sealers soon.

Still showing as Pre-Order. From memory,, this has been covered before, but I believe "In Stock" is a default setting and they are only physically In Stock when the Pre-Order part gets removed.

It will eventually be released I am sure. Graceland still showing a ship date of Aug.9th. No way that is happening.
