"Who are you with, Cat?"

I looked through a book of photos by Ron Galella today, called "No Pictures". The photos are mostly of stars objecting to having their pictures taken by Ron, but there is one of Elvis taken on 25th June 74, (which we all know well - white shirt, sleeveless jacket etc) leaving the Philadelphia Hilton. Ron tells this tiny story: Elvis was obliged to leave by the Hilton's front doors due to congestion on the kitchens where several banquets were being prepared that day. As he approached his limo he turned to Ron and said "Who are you with, Cat?" and Ron said "I'm freelance." He says it was the only time Elvis ever spoke to him...
