These photographs were taken in the plane while leaving Hawaii on May 19, 1972 . shortly after this trip Elvis gave a press conference in NYC on June 9th 1972. " The Prince From Another Planet " as called by one New-York journalist hit the stage as a tornado and devastated the Big Apple for three consecutive days.
